The notice of intelligent access control system's application
为进一步确保幼儿安全，杜绝走失、冒领或不良人员混入幼儿园内，我园设立了智能门禁系统，将于2018年3月26日正式启用。现将接送卡使用须知告知家长，请您务必对入园刷卡引起重视，并严格遵守相关接送制度。
In order to further ensure that the safety of the children, to prevent lost and strangers enter the kindergarten, Ivy kindergarten establish intelligent access control system,and that will be officially used from March 26th, 2018. We will inform the parents of the use of the new cards. Please make sure that you pay attention to the card and abide by the relevant delivery system.
 
   
 （一）接送卡使用须知
1、新更换的接送卡为家长接送幼儿的唯一有效凭证，一个家庭两张卡，不得转借。原接送卡需交回。
2、接送幼儿出入幼儿园大门时，请按提示进行刷卡，不得违规操作或强行通过。
3、刷卡后请快速通过，切勿在门口逗留。
4、上下学高峰时，请有序排队，耐心等待前面的人员通过后再刷卡，切勿推挤，留出安全时间。
5、请妥善保管接送卡，避免折叠弯曲，避免与磁性物体接触，如有遗失，及时向班级老师申请补办。
6、卡内存有幼儿信息，均录入系统，请家长在接送幼儿时务必刷卡入园，无接送卡不得接送幼儿。
1、 The use of the card
（1）The new replacement card is the only valid certificate of parents to shuttle children, one family has two cards, could not be lent. The original card should be returned.
（2）When the baby comes in and out of the kindergarten, please swipe the card according to the prompt.
（3）please quickly pass the gate after using card, do not stay at the door.
（4）when school peak time, please line up orderly and be patient wait for the front of the people to pass the card, do not push, leave the safe time.
（5）please keep the card properly, avoid folding and bending, avoid contact with magnetic objects, if lost, please apply new one to the class teacher in time.
（6）Inside cards there has children information, all input into the system, please parents in the delivery of young children must brush card into the garden, no delivery card can not be sent to children.
   
（二）入园制度
1、早晨入园时段为8：00-8:40，请家长们准时来园，切勿迟到。
2、请家长们务必每天携带接送卡，在门口刷卡入园。
3、入园后幼儿需主动接受晨检，迟到者请先至保健室接受晨检，凭晨检牌进入教室。
 
2、Admission institution
（1） The morning time in the garden is 8:00-8:40. Please come to the garden on time. Do not be late.
（2）Parents must be sure to carry a pickup card every day, swipe the card in the door.
（3）After entering the kindergarten, children need to take the morning inspection actively, the late person please go to the health care room to receive morning inspection first, and enter the classroom with the morning check card.
   
（三）离园制度
1、离园时，家长需持接送卡在校门口刷卡后进入园所，体现常青藤幼儿园家长素质。
2、前一位家长刷卡时，后面的家长请文明等候，切勿急躁和拥挤，一切听从老师及门口安保人员安排，确保安全有序。
3、刷卡后进入门厅耐心等候，教学楼一侧的消防楼梯禁止通行。
4、雨雪天气，进入教学楼后慢行，注意地滑。为避免走廊湿滑，请自觉将伞置于门厅伞筒里。
5、原则上不建议家长委托他人代接幼儿，如必须他人代接，应将接送卡交给受委托人，作为委托代接的依据，同时事先告知班级老师。如委托人无接送卡，学校有权不放行。 
6、未带接送卡的家长，请自觉排在班级队伍的最后，等持卡家长通过后再与班主任确认，接走幼儿。 
7、如遇特殊情况需中途接幼儿离园，须提前与班级老师联系确认，并在《幼儿提前离园单》上签字后，凭接送卡接回幼儿 。 
8、为保证安全，禁止无完全行为能力者及未成年人接送幼儿。 
 
孩子的安全需要您的积极配合，您的言行也将成为孩子的榜样，因此请您仔细阅读并遵守以上门禁系统使用方法及接送制度，让我们共同携手为孩子创设安全的校园环境。
 3、Leaving Institution
1.When you leave the kindergarten, parents need to use their cards at the entrance  which embodies the quality of the parents of IVY.
2.When the former parent use the card, the parents behind them should wait for civilization. Don't be impatient and crowded. Listen to the arrangement of the teachers and doormen and ensure the safety and order.
3.After the card,  the fire staircase on the side of the teaching building is forbidden.
4.When It's rain and snow, walk slowly into the building, pay attention to wet floor. In order to avoid the slippery corridor, please put your umbrella in the lobby gate.
5.In principle, it is not recommended for parents to entrust others to take care of children. If someone else is to connect, he should get the card.  Otherwise，IVY has the right not  to let go.
6.The parents who do not carry the card, please be at the end of the team consciously. After the other parents passed through, then please confirm with the teacher and pick up the children.
7.In case of a special situation, children must be contacted with the teacher in advance if they want to leave the kindergarten earlier. After signing the children's departure form, they can pick up children.
8.In order to ensure safety, people who have no full capacity and young children are
juveniles prohibited to use the card.
It needs your active cooperation  with your child's safety . Your words and actions will also become an example for your child. So please read carefully and observe the above access control system and the pick up institution. Let's work together to create a safe campus environment for children.
